Placing an order

After placing an order online, please go through and check the order confirmation to ensure the ordered product(s)/service(s) and your contact info are correctly stated, including phone number, address and e-mail address, so we can contact you for arranging delivery.

Payment

For physical items, the payment is charged when the order is shipped off. For services, the full amount is paid when you place your order, and we will begin to prepare the project. We accept all major credit and debit cards from around the world, including Apple and Google Pay. We use one of the most secure payment systems, with the best-in-class certifications and protocols.

Delivery

The number of days differs from country to country, so take a look at the list below to learn when you can get your hopes up.

2-4 days: Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland

3-5 days: Italy, Luxembourg, Finland, Latvia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia

4-6 days: Greece, Spain, Cyprus, Lithuania, Bulgaria

5-7 days: Estonia

If you combine items in your purchase and buy a vase, a pillow and a table, the shipment will be divided due to the origin of the products. We ship directly from most of our suppliers around the world, but no matter what you will get a specific date upon ordering, for when you can expect your new interior items.

 

Services

Our interior design services follow a specific process, depending on the package you have ordered. You will be contacted within 24h to discuss the further process. From ordering to first draft of your space, we aim for 15 work days. We do not charge extra for changes, because we value 100 % satisfied clients. This means that the delivery time of the final design can vary from project to project.

 

Delivery of certain products outside EU

If you are living outside EU you can still shop on our website, but we cannot yet deliver all the larger products straight to your home. Your order will be delivered to our pick-up point in Zielona Gora, Poland. From there you will need to arrange the home transport yourself by using a local courier, including any possible liabilities. We will be happy to assist you with these arrangements.

Your arranged transport company must bring an order confirmation matching your order and a signed permission from you when they pick up the products. The products can be picked-up during the agreed pick-up time stated in the order confirmation.

Receiving goods

When you receive your new interior item, it is important to check the order have been delivered and that there is no visible damage to the packaging or the product. If the packaging is damaged or has any other visible signs of defect, you should only sign for receipt on the delivery note, with reservations for any damage to the contents, or refuse to accept the items and instruct the driver to take them back again.

If a product turns out to be damaged or defective after being unpacked, please contact us immediately, preferably no later than 5 days, so we can solve it the best way possible.

Warranty

You have 2 years warranty in accordance with the Danish purchase act. We will cover the delivery costs similar to the original shipment costs, for handling approved warranty related returns. Contact us at contact@byggeligt.com for any damage or warranty related issues. We are happy to help!

 

Return of products

If you do not love you new purchase as much as expected, you can change or return it all within 14 days. If you have used the item, an amount corresponding to the decrease in the sales price will be deducted – this also applies if you have discarded the packaging after unpacking, since this will reduce the sales price significantly. Therefore, it is a good idea to save the packaging until you have made a final decision. You may choose between exchanging the item for a different item or a cash refund.

Please contact us at by email or phone and we will issue a return form for you to enclose the returned item, either in Denmark our pick up point in Poland. You bear the responsibility for the return costs and for returning the items in same conditions as they were delivered to you.
