We offer 30 days for returns of products, from time of delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer return rights on our design services. For physical items, the payment is charged when the order is shipped off. For services, the full amount is paid when you place your order, and we will begin to prepare the project. We accept all major credit and debit cards from around the world, including Apple and Google Pay. When receiving your order we pack the items and organize the shipment. All orders are shipped within 24 hours.

As indications, we have outlined some examples below. The exact delivery price for your order will be determined during check-out.
We mainly use PostNord and GLS for international orders. For larger/special orders, we can also use DHL. In Denmark, we also use to Bring and DAO.
Delivery of furniture and larger products will be shipped with different carriers. If receiving the delivery is denied upon arrival, for free deliveries, we charge a fee for EUR 50.
Delivery to pick-up point: You select the most convenient pick-up point near you. When the order is on its way, you will receive an email and maybe a SMS. Bring ID when you pick up the package.
Delivery to private home: If you are not home upon delivery, the package will be sent to a pick-up point near by.
Delivery to business parcel: Delivery is expected during regular working hours, and it is expected that someone is present during delivery.
Delivery time is 1-2 days in Denmark, and 2-6 days in Europe. For special order globally, the delivery time might be up to 10 days.
The stated delivery times are the expected delivery time. Most of the time, we can manage within these, but if the items are not available at our suppliers, it might take longer. During campaigns or busy periods, the delivery time might also be higher. You will be notified about this.
We ship to all European countries. We can also arrange special deliveries to other countries, upon requests.
Please contact us, if your country is not on the list during check-out. We can find a solution for you. You might need to pay a significant higher price for delivery, and the order might be subject to import duty.
Return of products
If you do not love you new purchase as much as expected, you can change or return it all within 30 days. If you have used the item, an amount corresponding to the decrease in the sales price will be deducted – this also applies if you have discarded the packaging after unpacking, since this will reduce the sales price significantly. Therefore, it is a good idea to save the packaging until you have made a final decision. You may choose between exchanging the item for a different item or a cash refund.
